Cardiovascular diseases were the main cause for loosing lives in last decades due to restricted blood flow states vessels areas. Numerical investigations have been conducted as aim of this work examine flow, and wall shear stresses adjacent mono stenosis up different degrees involved main, side distal branches well observe pulsatile left coronary artery through various percentage stenosis. Both Carreau non-Newtonian rheological model Newtonian utilized fluid artery, a row, all calculated data validated with previously published papers. It was found that inside areas lie within range effects can be present, verifying need treat fluid; especially, case 90% blockage.
